General Information

This application form is to be used by NOSM U students only, when requesting to take a course at Brock University via the Brock MPH - NOSM U MMS Course Transfer Agreement. NOSM U will verify students' eligibility to undertake one or more courses at Brock U, and applications will be passed along to Brock U for processing.

Course Registration

Brock will notify NOSM U students of successful course enrolment and provide any details related to accessing Brock U's systems.

Student Status & Fees

NOSM U MMS students will pay standard per term fees to NOSM U, and are classed as a Visiting Student at Brock U where they will pay no tuition fees.

Reporting of Final Grades / Transcripts

Upon course completion and when grades are posted, NOSM U students are responsible for ensuring the NOSM U Graduate Studies Office receives an official transcript (fees may apply) noting final course grades, which will be added to your NOSM U transcript.
